You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our website:

Booking and Payments

When you book a trip through our website, you will be asked to provide personal and payment information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information as needed to maintain its accuracy. By providing your information, you grant Dawn Travel the right to use it for the purpose of processing your booking.

When you book a trip, you agree to pay the total cost of the trip, as well as any additional fees or taxes, through our website using a valid payment method. The cost of the trip and any additional fees and taxes will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

Note: All itineraries have specific terms that are included on the itinerary page under 'other info' as well as on quotes provided by Dawn Travel.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies for trips booked through our website vary depending on the terms offered by the travel service providers. Before you confirm your booking, you will be made aware of the applicable cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a refund of your payment, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable cancellation policy.

Down Payment

Dawn Travel will ask travelers for a down payment of $500 after the 2nd round of itinerary changes or after 8 hours of work by our trip planning staff. The down payment will be applied as a credit to the trip price and shown in the invoice. If the client decides not to book a trip through Dawn Travel after 180 days, then $400 will be returned by the client, and Dawn Travel will retain $100 for credit card processing and other costs.

Airfare and Flights

Dawn Travel does not usually book flights for clients. Clients can request Dawn Travel to book flights for a $250 upfront fee. Client will be required to provide names, birthdays, passport numbers, and other related details before booking flights.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our website and all its features and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dawn Travel does not make any representations or warranties of any kind with respect to our website or its contents, including, but not limited to, the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to our website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on our website for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dawn Travel be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or with the delay or inability to use our website, or for any information, products, services, and related graphics obtained through our website, or otherwise arising out of the use of our website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Dawn Travel has been advised of the possibility of damages.
