Witness the grandeur of the Arc de Triomphe on the Champs-Elysees, a symbol of Paris during Napoleon's time.

Join your personal guide at your hotel and set off on a walking tour to explore the ancient covered passages of Paris. These hidden arcades, some of which were constructed as early as the 19th century, are designated as historical landmarks. Although inconspicuous and tucked away from well-known streets such as the Champs-Elysees, these passages retain their charming appeal with their glass roofs and vintage storefronts adorned with wooden moldings. Accompanied by your guide, you will have the opportunity to visit 5 or 6 of these covered passages, where you will encounter specialty boutiques, antique stores, traditional tea rooms, and secret staircases that provide unique photo opportunities away from the typical tourist sites of Paris. This is a delightful and enchanting side of Paris that few visitors ever have the chance to experience.

Day 4

PARIS TO AMBOISE

Depart from Paris to Amboise by train, with travel times ranging from 1 to 2.5 hours.

Meet your private driver for a transfer to a boat launch along the Loire. Enjoy a 2 hour cruise through the scenic Loire River Valley on a traditional wooden boat. Relax and soak in the beauty of the countryside as you sip on local wine. Sail back to Amboise at a leisurely pace.

AMBOISE

The tour begins with a visit to Chenonceau Castle, also known as the "Chateau des Dames" or Ladies Castle. This castle is famous for its connection to prominent women like Diane de Poitiers and Catherine de Medici, as well as its stunning Renaissance gardens. After enjoying a delicious lunch (not included), the tour continues to Chambord, which is considered the pinnacle of the Loire Valley chateaus. Built by François I in the 17th century, it is the second largest castle in France and boasts an impressive 365 fireplaces. The day concludes with a visit to the elegant Château of Cheverny, a well-preserved 17th century castle. Once the tour is over, you will be taken back to Amboise.

Day 6

AMBOISE TO BEAUNE

Your private driver and vehicle will be waiting to take you to Beaune, with an estimated travel time of 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Experience the medieval charm of Beaune with a private guide in a two-hour walking tour. Discover the iconic Burgundian tile roofs of the old town, showcased beautifully on the Hospices de Beaune, a 15th-century masterpiece also known as the Hotel-Dieu. Take a leisurely stroll past the old market and the clock tower, marvel at the well-preserved half of the town's medieval ramparts, and appreciate the beauty of the church of Notre Dame. While Beaune is surrounded by world-renowned vineyards, the historic center of the town is a treasure in itself.

BEAUNE

Start your full day tour with a local wine expert as your private driver-guide from your hotel. Your first stop will be the gourmet town of Dijon, known for its mustard, Kir cocktail, and gingerbread cake. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed historical center with your guide, taking in landmarks like the Guillaume Gate, Dijon Cathedral, and the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy. Afterwards, embark on the scenic Route des Grands Crus, passing through charming villages and vineyards. Journey through Romanée Conti, Clos de Vougeot, and Chambertin, all esteemed areas for wine production. Along the Wine Route, make a stop at Nuits-Saint-Georges for an exclusive guided visit at Château de Clos Vougeot. This magnificent estate boasts the largest individual vineyard in the Cote de Nuits. Additionally, don't miss the chance to discover the Domaine Romanee-Conti vineyard, famous for crafting the world's most expensive wine.
