If you have an electric vehicle, consider stopping here for a charge. Just a few minutes away from Bagn is Reini Stave Church, a well-preserved timber church dating back to the 13th century. What sets Reinli stave church apart is that it is the only preserved church in Norway with all original consecration crosses intact. After your break, take a slight detour back to Bagn and continue on Rv7, which will then turn into Fv50. Along this route, you'll pass Hallingskarvet National Park on your left side. As you approach Aurlandsfjord, the first fjord of your trip, Fv50 will become E16 and lead you into the charming town of Flam.
