AMSTERDAM TO HOLLAND RIVER CRUISE

Your personal English-speaking assistant will be waiting for you outside airport customs with a sign bearing your name. They will guide you to your private transfer and accompany you to your hotel for check-in. Additionally, a Welcome Package containing necessary documents and tickets will be provided.

Get comfortable in your stateroom and take the opportunity to explore the entirety of the cruise vessel. Later tonight, join your fellow travelers for a Welcome Dinner as the boat sets sail towards Rotterdam.

Day 2

ROTTERDAM TO HOLLAND RIVER CRUISE

Today, you can choose between a guided walking tour of Rotterdam's busy harbor, or a visit to the stunning Keukenhof gardens, known as the "Garden of Europe". Keukenhof boasts 70 acres of parkland, lakes, and 7 million colorful flowering bulbs.

Afterwards, relax on the harbor-side in Rotterdam with a refreshing artisan beer, a slice of appeltaart, and a koffie verkeerd, a Dutch drink with equal parts coffee and milk. Feel free to borrow a bike from your ship to explore Rotterdam and its surroundings.

In the evening, enjoy live entertainment on board.

Day 3

ANTWERP TO HOLLAND RIVER CRUISE

Antwerp, Belgium's second-largest city, is famous for its diamond trading history, mix of ancient and modern architecture, and beautiful buildings. Take a guided tour of the city by bike or on foot to see the Grote Markt, city hall, and Cathedral of Our Lady with Rubens' paintings. Alternatively, visit Brussels, the capital city and home to the European Union, to see its palaces and cathedrals. If you prefer, explore Antwerp on your own and try its famous waffles and crepes, or explore the bike-friendly city from its old wharfs to the diamond district. In the evening, enjoy live entertainment on board.

Day 4

GHENT TO HOLLAND RIVER CRUISE

Arriving in Ghent today, you have the option to either go on a shared tour of the city with a local expert or explore on foot. The tour will showcase the medieval Flemish wealth of Ghent, including a visit to St. Bavo's Cathedral with its remarkable Flemish artwork.

Another option is to join a guided group excursion of Bruges. This excursion will allow you to explore the canals, cobbled streets, and medieval buildings of Bruges. You will have the opportunity to admire the crisscrossed canals, the 13th century belfry of Market Square, and the charming patrician houses.

Day 5

MIDDELBURG TO VEERE TO HOLLAND RIVER CRUISE

In Holland, you can explore Middelburg on foot or explore Vlissingen by bike. Middelburg is a historic city with impressive structures and a rich history in trading. You can also sample local food and drinks while biking or walking through the city. Another must-see in Holland is the Delta Works, the largest flood-protection system in the world. You can either bike to the beach from Veere or take a guided tour of the Delta Works.

Day 6

WILLEMSTAD TO HOLLAND RIVER CRUISE

In the morning, you can decide to either go on a guided shared walking tour or bike tour of Willemstad. During this tour, you will get to explore the historic harbor, iconic windmills, and beautifully restored buildings from the 17th and 18th century.

Afterwards, you can indulge in a cheese tasting while getting ready to set sail for Amsterdam.

Day 7

AMSTERDAM TO HOLLAND RIVER CRUISE

Wrap up your memorable river cruise by exploring Amsterdam, Holland's vibrant capital. This ancient city boasts stunning architecture, charming cafés, and delectable dining options. Take advantage of the various optional guided excursions offered. Start your day with a group walk led by your guide, marveling at the city's colorful streets, picturesque canal houses, and captivating galleries and shops. Alternatively, visit the Aalsmeer Flower Auction, the world's largest, where an astonishing 20 million flowers are sold daily, followed by a traditional Dutch breakfast. Another option is to embark on a shared canal cruise along Amsterdam's iconic waterways, which are adorned with elegant grachten and historic homes dating back to the city's prosperous "Golden Age".

Say goodbye to the crew as your cruise ends, and you leave the ship this morning.

Get picked up by a private driver and vehicle for a transfer from the port.

The Heineken Experience is located in a historic former brewery just outside Amsterdam's city center. It offers a glimpse into the history and heritage of Heineken beer. With your ticket, enjoy a self-guided tour through the brewing past, discovering how Heineken went from a small Dutch brewery to one of the world's most famous beers. Finish off with a refreshing drink in the tasting room, where you can enjoy a delightful Heineken beer. Please note that alcohol is only served to those who are 18 and older.

Day 9

AMSTERDAM

This morning, I embarked on a flower-filled excursion with a private guide and driver. Our first stop was the Aalsmeer Flower Auction, which is the largest in the world. The size of the auction building is truly mind-boggling, as it covers over 5.5 million square feet, or 128 acres. Aalsmeer, located on the Westeinderplassen lake, offers a lively atmosphere, especially on the indoor auction floor. Here, traders eagerly bid against the clock, and I couldn't help but be awestruck by the sheer quantity of beautiful flowers being traded daily from more than ten countries. Finally, we concluded our day with a return transfer back to Amsterdam.
