Begin your trip by being privately transferred from Kruger Mpumalanga Airport to your lodge in Sabi Sands. The duration of the journey depends on the location of your accommodations and current weather conditions, ranging from one hour and 30 minutes to three hours.

Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve is renowned for its untouched beauty and is a dream destination for nature enthusiasts. It offers one of the best opportunities in the world to encounter wildlife, including the Big 5. Watch majestic elephants roam freely, witness black and white rhinoceros grazing on the grasslands, observe Cape buffalo cautiously moving along riverbeds, spot leopards on the prowl, and hear the mighty roar of lions. Embark on your first afternoon game drive with your ranger, tracker, and fellow lodge guests to explore this magnificent land. Capture the essence of the region as you watch the sun set and gain a deeper understanding of its wonders. Return to the lodge in time for a remarkable safari dinner under the starlit sky.

At daybreak, prepare and venture into Sabi Sands for further exploration. The most active time for animals is sunrise and sunset. In the morning, herds of elephants wander the Sabi as the dawn illuminates. Witnessing a hundred freely roaming elephants on the open plains is an unforgettable sight. After a few hours, return to the lodge for a satisfying breakfast.

During the afternoon, embark on a 4x4 vehicle for another round of game viewing. As the scorching sun wanes, nocturnal animals begin their nightly routines. Your tracker will guide you on well-marked roads or off the beaten path to seek out predators and prey in the heart of Sabi. You may be lucky enough to witness a hunting lion pride. Relax and keep your camera ready as you explore for a few hours before returning to camp for dinner.

After breakfast, join an armed ranger on a walking tour of the bush to learn about native flora, insects, birds, and smaller animals. There is much to discover when one examines the bush up close. Endemic and rare plants, insects, and smaller mammals contribute to the ecosystem. Alternatively, relax at the lodge and observe animals passing by while enjoying a cocktail.

After lunch, head back into the bush to spot the rare Black and White rhinos. The afternoon is an opportune time to witness these powerful and endangered creatures grazing. If fortunate, you may witness a group of rhinos grazing as the sun sets. After a few hours, return to the lodge to freshen up before a delicious dinner.

You will be transferred from your lodge in Sabi Sands to Nelspruit Airport (KMIA), with the travel time ranging from one hour and 30 minutes to three hours depending on the lodge's location. Rainy season may cause delays.

From Nelspruit, take a flight to Vilanculos, which will last approximately one hour and 10 minutes.

After arriving at Vilanculos' Vilankulo Airport, enjoy a short transfer to Villa Santorini, which will take approximately 20 minutes.

In addition to the delightful lounges, stunning beaches, and warm waters around Villa Santorini, there are various optional activities for you and your loved ones to enjoy. You can sand board on the red cliffs of Vilanculos or the sand dunes of Bazaruto, try stand up paddling in front of the villa, or go kayaking a bit further out.
